 ying Prosocial Tools to Agile TeamsHadassah MativetskyQuality Engineer at

 AbstractMuch of Agile is about teamwork. We care m
 ore about the team's output as opposed to any individuals. We need every t
 eam member to be a leader\, to be accountable\, and to work together. But
 how do we get group members to be more prosocial (as opposed to anti-socia
 l)? Nobel Prize winner Elinor Ostrom and SUNY Distinguished Prof. David Sl
 oan Wilson came together to join the concepts of common-pool resources and
  multi-level selection to start what is now called “Prosocial”. Since
 then\, many other academics and practitioners have come on board in its de
 velopment\, particularly psychologists working in Contextual Behavioral Sc
 ience. This talk will overview the theoretical basis for prosocial and&nbs
 p\; we will look at some of the plethora of Agile tools to see how Prosoci
 al might help us select the right Agile tool for our teamwork need. We wil
 l model some of the exercises.&nbsp\;
