 re many factors at play today that seem to work against our goals for prod
 uctive\, high performing\, and cohesive teams and organizations. &nbsp\;We
  are dealing with a business environment influenced by a number of pressur
 es including the global pandemic\, the “Great Resignation”\, as well a
 s wide variety of other staffing and labor market issues. The different ge
 nerations and their values/priorities in our workforce\, combined with the
  impacts of the massive and rapid transition from a labor force predominan
 tly Baby Boomer to now predominantly Millennial\, give us great insight to
  the root of many of the challenges we see today.&nbsp\; This presentation
  will provide an insight to the 4 unique generations in the workforce toda
 y\, and will provide practical advice on how to insure that generational e
 xpectations for work and career are considered as we thrive to make our or
 ganizations fully inclusive\, highly productive\, and built to last.
