 er\, results-oriented meetings where people want to participate. Effective

 The use 
 of hats is a simple mental metaphor. Hats are easy to put on and to take o
 ff. Each hat is a different color which signals a unique thinking ingredie
 nt. In a group setting each member thinks using the same thinking hat\, at
